The first annual bulletin of the ROMA-GEM – Roma Girls’ Empowerment through Mentorship project has been published.

The first annual bulletin of the ROMA-GEM – Roma Girls’ Empowerment through Mentorship project has been published.
The bulletin presents the main objectives of the project, its target groups, and the key achievements of the first year. It also highlights the results of Work Package 2, which focused on identifying barriers and skills needs among Roma girls, as well as the development of the skills framework for future mentoring and training activities.
According to the bulletin, 95 Roma girls participated in the needs analysis survey, 13 stakeholders and experts were involved, and 10 external experts contributed to the validation of the analysis and mentoring kit.
The bulletin also includes information about the Transnational Partner Meeting held in Patras, Greece, from 14 to 16 February. During the meeting, partners reviewed the progress of Work Packages 1 and 2, discussed the findings from interviews with Roma girls, and agreed on the next steps for the Mentorship Toolkit, e-learning materials, digital mentoring centre, and dissemination activities.
The ROMA-GEM project continues to support the educational, digital, social, and professional empowerment of Roma girls aged 14–25 through inclusive mentoring, capacity-building, and digital learning activities.
